Branson Jammin’ for Jesus concerts are every first Sunday of the month, April through December, at The Hughes Brothers Theatre located on the strip at 3425 W. 76 Country Blvd. These free concerts bring people together for a time of praise and giving.
The music will begin Sunday, December 7th, at 2:00 pm with hosts Brian Pendergrass and Sheila Meeker; and special guests The Garrett Sisters, Jaidyn Laborde, and Kylee Griffin.
This month the concert will benefit Suitcases for New Beginnings. They collect and stock backpacks and duffle bags for children in local foster care. Many children are moved suddenly and are forced to relocate without bringing any personal belongings. Sometimes what they can grab is placed in a trash bag for them to carry from home to home. Suitcases for New Beginnings provides children with their own backpack or duffle bag stocked with personal care items, a blanket, books and toys that children can call their own.
Donations of toys for children of all ages to help stock the children's bags are greatly appreciated.
